Prior to that, Tina spent nearly 20 years at S&amp;P Global leading their analytics business lines and as the COO of the S&amp;P Global Ratings Division. Morris brings a powerful mix of corporate and military backgrounds to the Museum\u2019s Board. She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served seven years as a Commander in the U.S. Army including, commanding the 25th Military Police in Hawaii. He is president and regional banking director for all markets in the state of Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Trustee&nbsp;Skinner is responsible for the executive oversight of the specialty banking lines of real estate finance, commercial real estate finance, and automotive dealer finance. He is a graduate of Christopher Newport University. Trustee Price has received numerous honors and awards from various professional associations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Ferguson Enterprises, he leads The Ferguson Academy, focusing on aligning learning strategies with business goals. Additionally, Brad\u2019s academic interest have led him to serve as a Professor of Practice at the University of North Carolina&#8217;s Kenan-Flagler Business School where he teaches courses on Sales and Leadership. Brad earned a B.A. and a M.E.D. from the University of Virginia, a M.B.A. from the University of Florida, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard University. Named to this position in 2017, she was the 20th person and the first woman to serve as president of the Newport News shipyard, which was founded in 1886. Trustee Boykin is a native of St. Louis and a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Camille joined Crofton in 2010 and has since served in numerous capacities including payroll, project management administration, and organizational development, as well as marketing and communications. She currently serves as a Vice President for the Virginia Maritime Association, is an advisor and past President of the Propeller Club of Norfolk, serves as a commissioner on Portsmouth&#8217;s Economic Development Authority, and is a board member on the Portsmouth Partnership. Camille received her bachelor\u2019s degree from George Mason University and an MBA from The College of William &amp; Mary. She has received a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute and is a graduate of the Portsmouth Partnership&#8217;s Lefcoe Leadership Program and Virginia Maritime Association\u2019s Maritime Leadership Certificate Program. Prior to joining Subcritical Systems, Inc., he served as the Director of Jefferson Lab from April 2017 to July 2024. He serves as a Governor&#8217;s Distinguished CEBAF Professor at&nbsp;Old Dominion University. Dr. Henderson is an internationally recognized expert in particle accelerators. Trustee Henderson has served on advisory and review committees for many of the nation&#8217;s accelerator facilities, as well as for major facilities around the world. After graduating from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1986, she immediately embarked upon a seagoing career. After sailing as 3rd, 2nd, and Chief Mate aboard US flag vessels, she received her USCG Unlimited Master of Oceans license in 1993. In 1995 Carolyn was accepted into the Tampa Bay Pilots Association training program, becoming their first, and to date only, female pilot. During this time she served as co-manager and training coordinator of the Tampa Bay Pilots Association and as Chair of the Florida State Board of Pilot Commissioners. Carolyn served on the US Coast Guard Navigation Safety Advisory Council, eventually becoming Chair until the expiration of the council, and continues to serve on NOAA\u2019s Hydrographic Services Review Panel. Jordan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taylor Lawson has been a team member at W. M. Jordan for 11 years. He began his career as an intern, where he held several roles from development, project management, field operations and estimating. In 2019, Taylor graduated from Virginia Tech and began his full-time career for W. M. Jordan. Since then, he has served in the roles of a project engineer and assistant superintendent on the Ferguson HQ3 Office Building and the Embassy Suites Hotel at the Cavalier Oceanfront Resort. More recently, he has accepted a new role as an Estimator for W. M. Jordan and is pursuing his MBA at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William &amp; Mary. Born and raised in Newport News, Taylor is involved in the community where he lives and works. He serves on the board of the Boys &amp; Girls Club of the Virginia Peninsula and is a founding member of their young professional non-profit group, Club Blue. His work with Club Blue has helped raise over $200,000 for the Boys &amp; Girls Club, and he was recognized for this achievement by receiving the Outstanding New Member Award from the Boys &amp; Girls Club in 2023. Before joining Fairlead, Fred held the position of Senior Director of Business Operations for General Dynamics NASSCO-Norfolk responsible for all aspects of business development, estimating, planning, engineering, scheduling, supply chain, and procurement.&nbsp; Dr. Kevin Swann is the Senior Pastor of Ivy Baptist Church in Newport News, Virginia. He is an adjunct professor in the Religious Studies Department at Hampton University. Trustee Rev. He is a bridge-builder across government, industry, and academia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Turner has served at NASA for more than 35 years. He has held several senior roles at NASA Langley, including Chief Engineer, Engineering Director, Associate Center Director, and Deputy Center Director. After graduation from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1990, Turner began his career with NASA serving as a design engineer with the Lidar In-Space Technology Experiment (LITE) project, where he spearheaded development of the laser aligning, bore-sight limit system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Turner has received many prestigious awards including the National Presidential Rank Award, the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal, the NASA Exceptional Engineering Achievement Medal, the Paul F. Holloway Non-Aerospace Technology Transfer Award, and RIT\u2019s College of Engineering Distinguished Alumni award. Named to this position in 2025, Ms. Wilkinson has the responsibility to lead, enable and support the more than 26,000 shipbuilders who design, build and maintain nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and nuclear-powered submarines. Newport News Shipbuilding has built and maintained ships for nearly 140 years and is the largest industrial employer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. From 2021-2025, Ms. Wilkinson served as president of Ingalls Shipbuilding, Mississippi\u2019s largest industrial employer, where she led more than 11,000 shipbuilders who design, build, and maintain amphibious ships, destroyers, and cutters for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard. Prior to becoming president, Ms. Wilkinson served in a number of roles during her nearly three decades at Ingalls, including vice president of program management, and positions in Engineering, Program Management and Operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally from Michigan, Ms. Wilkinson holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Temple University. She believes in serving the community in which she works and lives and was active in Mississippi on boards and executive committees.
